I LOVE the black and white photos mounted and framed on the wall up the stairway! I Have my photos mounted, just not framed….but I also like on the last page I saw, just all white, yet different shaped frames, that appeared empty? Maybe I can combined the 2 ideas? get all different shaped frames, spray paint all same color, and have the posterboard different colors where the photos are mounted??? It looks probably a lot prettier in my head than how it would really turn out if I did it!! :) worth a try I guess? THX for this site!! great job!

Thanks Amber, I love photo groupings too! It’s an artistic and creative way to display things and people you love! I am always on the look out for great stuff. And, I LOVE spray paint!! So here are a few places I have found some cool frames for waaay less. Try IKEA, Big Lots, Wallyworld and Homegoods. If you like the style but hate the color then paint them! It’s fun to arrange them totally randomly like a collage. Keep me posted and send me pics! xoxo

Really love the painted mirrors – am thinking of a huge (and a little ornate) one over my fireplace. Don’t know if it should be black or white – I’m thinking black. What do you think? I have such a tall ceiling that I think the mirror would have to be at least six feet tall. Am I on the right track?? Where could I find one this big? Love all your design ideas.

I really do love the way the kitchen turned out – and I couldn’t have done it without your help and encouragement! Whenever I was unsure about the choices I was making, you always put my mind at ease and said to go for it! You also saved me $$ on my new appliances – plus making sure they would fit! As for the rope molding around the top cabinets, I would never have thought of that! But it adds just the final touch that was needed. I would absolutely recommend your design services – and I’m not saying that just because you’re my daughter!!
